Bone shell tested to boost jaw implant success
NCT ID NCT07394179
Summary
This study is testing a new surgical technique for placing cheekbone implants in people with severe upper jawbone loss. Researchers will compare a new method using a special bone shell to a standard method using only soft tissue. The goal is to see if the bone shell leads to better bone growth, healthier gums, and a more stable, natural-looking result around the implant.
