Summary
This study is testing whether a modified approach to diagnosing and treating severe jaundice in newborns can help prevent brain damage. Researchers will compare their new method, which includes a non-invasive breath measurement, against current standard care. They aim to see if this approach reduces neurological problems in babies by their first birthday.
