NCT ID NCT06790290
Summary
This study is testing a new, more comprehensive vaccine designed to protect infants from many strains of pneumococcal disease, which can cause serious infections like pneumonia and meningitis. It will compare the safety and immune response of three versions of this new vaccine against an existing vaccine (Prevnar 20) in 421 healthy babies. Infants will receive three shots according to a standard immunization schedule, starting around 6 weeks old.
