First-in-Human cancer drug trial seeks to tame tough lymphoma

Summary
This is the first study to test a new immunotherapy drug called MK-1045 in people. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can help patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. Researchers will give the drug to about 100 participants and closely monitor how their bodies handle it and if their cancer shrinks.
