Summary
This study aims to find the best dose of a new drug, called BR1400, to lower high blood pressure. It will involve 330 adults with high blood pressure who will try one of five different doses or a placebo for 8 weeks. The main goal is to see how much each dose lowers blood pressure and how safe it is.
