Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called SCT650C for adults with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a chronic skin condition that causes painful lumps. The main goal is to see if the drug can safely reduce the number of painful abscesses and nodules by at least 75% over 16 weeks. Participants will receive injections of either the study drug or a placebo (an inactive substance) to compare results.
