Summary
This study is testing a new drug called BL-M07D1 for women with advanced gynecologic cancers that have returned or spread and express a protein called HER2. The trial aims to find the safest and most effective dose and see how well the drug shrinks tumors. It is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite standard treatments.
