NCT ID NCT06788925

ENROLLING_BY_INVITATION Disease control Sponsor: ThermoTrauma Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study is testing a new warming device called Therm'Up to see if it works as well as or better than standard insulating blankets at preventing hypothermia in trauma patients before they get to the hospital. It will involve 100 adult trauma patients who are at risk of getting dangerously cold due to their injuries and exposure. The goal is to find a better way to keep patients warm during critical transport, which can help prevent serious complications and improve survival.
