Summary
This study is testing a new, less invasive procedure to replace a leaky heart valve. It will compare two different replacement devices in over 1,100 people with severe tricuspid regurgitation who still have symptoms despite medication. The main goal is to see which device is safer and more effective at reducing complications and improving quality of life.
