Summary

This study is testing a new catheter-based heart valve replacement system for people with severe mitral valve leakage who can't have standard surgery or repair procedures. The device is inserted through a small incision without open-heart surgery. Researchers will follow 240 participants for two years to see if the treatment reduces hospitalizations and improves survival.
