Summary
This study is testing a new device called the MonarQ System, which is designed to replace a leaky tricuspid heart valve without major open-heart surgery. It will involve about 50 people with severe valve leakage who are experiencing symptoms. Researchers will check if the procedure is safe and if it successfully reduces the leak and improves patients' ability to walk and quality of life.
