Faster heart attack test gets its rulebook
NCT ID NCT06463275
Summary
This study aimed to define the 'normal' range for a new, faster blood test used to diagnose heart attacks. Researchers tested over 1,300 healthy adults to determine the level of a heart protein (troponin) that should trigger concern. The goal is to make the test's results more reliable for doctors in emergency settings.
