Pioneering heart zap trial seeks to tame dangerous rhythms
NCT ID NCT06203262
Summary
This is a first-in-human safety study testing a new medical device called the FieldForce Ablation System. The device uses pulsed electrical fields to treat patients with dangerous ventricular tachycardia or frequent premature heartbeats. The goal is to see if this new, non-thermal method is safe and feasible for controlling these serious heart rhythm problems.
