New Two-Drug combo tested in battle against aggressive head and neck cancers

Summary
This study is testing whether adding two new drugs (SI-B001 and SI-B003) to standard chemotherapy works better for people with advanced head and neck cancer that has returned or spread. The trial will enroll 60 adults to see if this combination helps shrink tumors and is safe. Researchers will measure how well and for how long the treatment controls the cancer.
