Summary
This study is testing whether a two-drug combination (tobevibart + elebsiran) can help people with chronic hepatitis D infection who didn't get better with their current bulevirtide treatment. Researchers want to see if this new approach can reduce the hepatitis D virus in the blood and improve liver health. The trial will involve 150 adults who have been on bulevirtide for at least 24 weeks but still have detectable virus levels.
