Summary
This study is testing an experimental injection called OLX72021 for men with mild to moderate male pattern baldness. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it helps increase hair count in a specific area of the scalp. Participants will receive either the real injection or a placebo (a dummy shot with no medicine) over 24 weeks.
