Summary

This study is testing whether an experimental drug called rezpegaldesleukin can help regrow hair in adults with severe to very severe alopecia areata, an autoimmune condition that causes hair loss. About 94 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 36 weeks to see if it reduces scalp hair loss. The goal is to see if this treatment can effectively control the disease and promote significant hair regrowth.
