Summary

This study is testing a new oral medication called BR2251 to see if it can safely lower high uric acid levels in people with gout. Researchers will compare three different doses of BR2251 against a standard gout medication over 12 weeks in 160 participants. The main goal is to find the most effective dose for controlling uric acid and reducing gout attacks.
