New eye drop formula enters final testing for glaucoma

Summary
This study is testing a new version of an existing eye drop (Reformulated PG324) to see if it safely and effectively lowers pressure inside the eye. About 489 adults with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension will use either the new formula or the current one for about 3 months. The goal is to control the condition and prevent vision loss by managing eye pressure.
