NCT ID NCT07404111
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new gene therapy called VV-14305 for people with moderate to severe thyroid eye disease. The therapy is given as an injection near the eye. Researchers will check if it's safe and if it can reduce eye bulging and other symptoms compared to a sham (placebo-like) injection.
