Four-drug attack on stubborn stomach cancer shows promise

NCT ID NCT07392346

Summary

This study tests whether combining four different drugs can help control advanced stomach cancer that has continued to grow despite initial immunotherapy treatment. The trial will enroll 68 adults whose cancer has spread and who previously received immunotherapy that stopped working. Researchers want to see if this combination of targeted therapy, chemotherapy, and two immunotherapy drugs can slow cancer growth better than current second-line options.
