Summary
This study is testing two different drug combinations for people with advanced stomach cancer that has spread. Researchers want to see if adding newer targeted drugs to standard treatments helps control the cancer better. The trial will involve 201 adults who haven't had previous treatment for their advanced cancer. The main goal is to see how well these combinations shrink tumors and how long patients live without their cancer getting worse.
