Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called BL-M07D1 works better than standard chemotherapy for people with advanced HER2-positive stomach or gastroesophageal cancer. It's for patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite their first round of treatment. The main goals are to see if the new drug helps people live longer and keeps the cancer from getting worse for a longer time.
