New core exercise could help stop embarrassing leaks
NCT ID NCT07009249
Summary
This study is testing whether a new type of exercise called Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) is as helpful as standard pelvic floor muscle training for women with stress urinary incontinence. The research will involve 62 women who experience urine leakage during activities like coughing or exercise. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two exercise programs to compare their effects on symptoms and muscle function.
