Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called ifinatamab deruxtecan for people with advanced esophageal cancer that has worsened after one or two prior treatments. The drug is designed to attach to cancer cells and deliver treatment directly to them. The main goal is to see how many participants' tumors shrink or disappear in response to the treatment.
