Summary
This study tested a new endoscopic method to remove early-stage stomach cancer. The new technique uses a continuous, low-pressure water jet to help cut and separate tissue, aiming to be faster and safer than the standard procedure. Researchers compared the speed, success rate, and safety of this new method against the conventional one in 548 patients.
