New hope to tame dangerous blood fats and prevent painful attacks
NCT ID NCT07308392
Summary
This study is testing two new drugs, HRS-7249 and SHR-1918, to see if they can safely lower very high levels of triglycerides (a type of fat in the blood) in adults. The main goal is to see if lowering these fats reduces the risk of a sudden, painful condition called acute pancreatitis. About 108 participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the drugs or a placebo for nearly a year.
