Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called [225Ac]Ac-FL-020 in 50 people with a hard-to-treat type of prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. The drug works by targeting a protein on cancer cells to deliver radiation directly to the tumor.
