New hope for Tough-to-Treat esophageal cancer
NCT ID NCT06304974
Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called BL-B01D1 works better than standard chemotherapy for people with advanced esophageal cancer that has returned or spread after their first treatment failed. It will involve about 497 adults whose cancer worsened despite prior immunotherapy and chemotherapy. The main goals are to see if the new drug helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse and to check how safe it is.
