Summary

This study is testing a new oral medication called IG3018 for people with high levels of uric acid in their blood, a condition that can lead to gout and kidney problems. Researchers want to find a safe and effective dose that can lower uric acid levels. The trial includes people with and without chronic kidney disease to see how the drug works in both groups.
