First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs (venetoclax, cladribine, low dose cytarabine, and azacitidine) in adults aged 50 and older with untreated acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to see if this mix can destroy leukemia cells and lead to remission. Participants will receive the drugs in two phases: first to induce remission, then a longer consolidation phase to keep the cancer away.
