Experimental drug combo offers hope for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer

NCT ID NCT06931626

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new drug called NMS-03305293 combined with an existing chemotherapy drug (temozolomide) for people with small cell lung cancer that has returned after previous treatments. The main goal is to check if this combination is safe and tolerable for patients. Researchers will also look for signs that the treatment might help shrink tumors and measure how the drug moves through the body.
