Summary
This study tests a new two-drug combination for people with recurrent head and neck cancer that has stopped responding to standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy. The drugs are given before surgery to shrink the tumor, followed by standard treatments and maintenance therapy. The goal is to see if this approach can improve outcomes for 42 participants across 11 centers in China.
