New cocktail of cancer drugs shows promise in head and neck tumors

Summary
This study tests whether combining three different medicines can shrink tumors in people with head and neck cancer that has spread or come back. About 90 adults will receive either a two-drug or three-drug combination, or a single drug alone. The goal is to see if the combinations are safe and work better than the standard treatment.
