First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests a three-step treatment for elderly patients (ages 60-80) with a high-risk type of lymphoma called double-expressor DLBCL. First, patients receive a chemotherapy-free drug combination. Depending on how well the cancer responds, they then get standard chemotherapy followed by a maintenance therapy. The goal is to improve response rates while reducing the need for upfront chemotherapy.
