First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests whether a new drug combination (SHR-A1811 plus chemotherapy and adebrelimab) works better than the current standard treatment for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has not been treated before. About 600 adults aged 18 to 75 will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups. The main goals are to see if the new combo delays cancer growth and helps people live longer.
