New drug duo shows promise against advanced cervical cancer

Summary
This study tests whether giving a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) along with chemotherapy before surgery can help people with locally advanced cervical cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can make the tumor disappear completely by the time of surgery. About 43 adults aged 18-70 with PD-L1-positive cancer will take part.
