Four-Drug attack on tough bile duct cancers

Summary
This study is testing a new four-drug combination for people with advanced bile duct cancer who haven't had prior treatment. About 39 participants will receive chemotherapy plus two newer drugs to see if this mix can better control the cancer. The main goal is to measure how long the treatment keeps the cancer from getting worse.
