Summary
This study aims to see if a new drug called BGM0504 works as well or better than an established drug (semaglutide) for controlling type 2 diabetes. Both drugs are given as a weekly injection on top of the standard pill, metformin. The trial will involve 477 adults in Indonesia and will measure blood sugar control and weight changes over 24 weeks.
