Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new medication called DA-5218 helps people with type 2 diabetes who still have high blood sugar despite taking metformin. It will involve about 238 adults and compare the new drug against another standard treatment to see which is better at lowering long-term blood sugar levels. The main goal is to see if this combination is safe and more effective for daily diabetes management.
