Summary
This study is testing a new device designed to help hospital staff keep better track of surgical swabs used during childbirth, to prevent them from being accidentally left inside patients. The research will involve 70 participants and will gather feedback from maternity staff about how easy the device is to use and how well it fits into their current workflow. The goal is to improve patient safety by preventing a rare but serious medical error.
