New dental patch aims to heal gums faster, reduce scarring

NCT ID NCT07334067

Summary

This study is testing a new type of dental membrane used after a front tooth is pulled out. The membrane is designed to help the bone and gum tissue heal better in the empty socket, which is important for a future dental implant to look natural. Researchers will use photos and 3D scans to see if this new method improves healing compared to standard techniques.
