First breath of hope: new inhaled therapy enters human testing for cystic fibrosis
NCT ID NCT06237335
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new inhaled medication called RCT2100 for people with cystic fibrosis. The research will first check if the treatment is safe in healthy volunteers, then test it in people with CF who cannot use current standard medications. The goal is to see if this new approach can help control the disease in patients who have limited treatment options.
