Pfizer tests new shot to tame severe COPD Flare-Ups

Summary

This study is testing whether a new injectable medicine, PF-07275315, can help control moderate-to-severe COPD. It will involve over 1,100 adults with COPD who have a history of serious breathing flare-ups. Participants will receive either the study medicine or a placebo shot over 24 to 52 weeks to see if it safely reduces flare-ups and improves lung function.
