New Triple-Threat therapy tested for aggressive stomach cancers

Summary
This study is testing a new three-drug combination for people with advanced stomach or esophageal cancer that has spread. It's for patients who have not yet received treatment for their advanced cancer and whose tumors test positive for two specific markers (HER2 and PD-L1). The goal is to see if adding a new targeted drug (zanidatamab) to standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy can better control the cancer.
