Four-Drug attack on Tough-to-Treat colon cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new combination of four drugs for adults with advanced colorectal cancer that has a specific genetic change called BRAF V600E. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and more effective than past treatments for this hard-to-treat cancer. About 20 participants will receive the drug combination every two weeks and be closely monitored.
