Summary
This study is testing whether a new combination of two investigational drugs (SYS6010 and SG001), with or without standard chemotherapy, works better than current standard treatments for people with advanced esophageal cancer that has spread. It will involve about 737 adults who haven't had prior treatment for their advanced disease. The trial aims to see if this new approach can better control the cancer and help patients live longer.
