Four-Drug attack on tough bile duct cancer

NCT ID NCT06893380

Summary

This trial is testing a new combination of four drugs for people with advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if adding two newer drugs (Nab-paclitaxel and Tislelizumab) to a standard chemotherapy pair can better control the cancer and help patients live longer. The study will first find the safest dose and then measure how well the treatment shrinks tumors.
