Summary

This study tests a combination of an EGFR antibody, a PD-1 inhibitor, and chemotherapy in 148 adults with nasopharyngeal cancer that has come back or spread. The goal is to see if this mix can control the cancer longer and with manageable side effects. Participants must not have had prior treatment for their recurrent or metastatic disease.
