Summary
This study is testing a new combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy drugs to see if it can shrink tumors enough for surgery in people with certain liver and gallbladder cancers. The goal is to turn tumors that are currently difficult or impossible to remove surgically into ones that can be successfully operated on. Researchers will measure how often surgery becomes possible after treatment and monitor side effects.
